Apple Tree Ranch offers in English language western riding lessons and in addition also horsemanship, courses, birthday partys, camps and so on. We have a arena and Round Pen. Furthermore we have fabulous trail rides. You can go to cross country to see landscape and to count how many wild animals you can see or then have an adventure. Would you like cross the river by a jump, or riding by a bridge? Also the grown ups have right to forget for a moment the everyday life and to play cowboys and Indians.

Our horses are balanced and very well trained. They have shown their abilities with good results for instance in European championship of western riding. The welfare of our horses is the most important. The herd includes mainly Appaloosa horses and they live in natural conditions. We treat our horses according to Natural Horsemanship and EASEL methods.

Have you ever thought about that the first man ever sit in the back of a horse had no teacher. He had to observe the horse, learn to know its nature and way of living. Some way he earned the trust of the horse and jumped on its back. This was a wonderful experience and at the same time the beginning of Natural Horsemanship.

Because the horses are extremely sensitive to emotions and the body language of people, we are proud to use EASEL (Equine Assisted Social Emotional Learning) method. The horses will notice our emotions and see our real me. Horses have a very good way to learn our emotions and limitations. Furthermore this method suits to control stress, learning difficulties, children’s educational problems or just like an experience.

For the horses their behaviour is always logic, because it is based on the senses of wild horses as herd and escape animals. When we learn this natural way of behaviour, we will understand the way a jorse sees the life and only then there can be a real trust.
